Last weekend, the She Shreds crew took five bands and two DJs out to one of the region’s most welcoming vacation resorts for artists and musicians.

Located just two minutes walking distance from the Seaview, Washington oceanfront, the Sou’wester hosts people from all over the world wanting to stay in their quaint and perfectly nostalgic vintage trailers that come stocked with record players and old VHS tapes (some of us took advantage of that and watched Mermaids with Winona Ryder and Cher).

But more than anything the weekend getaway was perfect and magical because we got to wake up and make breakfast with some of our favorite bands, ride bikes by the ocean, come together at night to watch each other perform, walk the beach at nights and make fires and then go to sleep and do it all over again. It was truly the best summer camp a shredding woman could ever ask for and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
