It has been announced that SXSW 2020 is canceled due to concerns of coronavirus.

Earlier this week, a series of companies and musicians announced that they would be dropping off SXSW 2020 due to concerns of the coronavirus. It was announced earlier today that SXSW 2020 would officially be canceled.

An official statement was released earlier today:

“We are devastated to share this news with you. ‘The show must go on’ is in our DNA, and this is the first time in 34 years that the March event will not take place. We are now working through the ramifications of this unprecedented situation.”

SXSW Event Update

This, of course, means that our SXSW showcase will be canceled. We hope to see you all next year, and that everyone is taking care of themselves out there!
